Vivo Y56 5G Launches in New RAM and Storage Variants, Learn Price and Specifications
A new version of the Y56 5G has been introduced by Chinese smartphone maker Vivo in India. The company debuted this smartphone earlier this year for INR 19,999 in an 8 GB RAM + 128 GB single variant. The new model has 128 GB of storage and 4 GB of RAM.
The cost of the new Vivo Y56 variant is INR 16,999. Orange Shimmer and Black Engine will be the colour options. Along with the company website, it can be bought from the e-commerce sites Amazon and Flipkart. The 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage variant’s price was later lowered by the company to INR 18,999.
This new variant’s specifications are the same as those of the previous one. The MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC powers the 6.58-inch Full HD+ (1,080 x 2,408) LCD display on this device.
A 50-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.8 aperture and a 2-megapixel secondary lens with an f/2.4 aperture make up the smartphone’s dual rear camera setup. It features a 16-megapixel front camera for taking selfies and making video calls. 18W fast charging is supported by the 5,000 mAh battery.
Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, OTG, FM radio, and a USB Type-C port are among the available forms of connectivity. Its measurements are 164.05 x 75.60 x 8.15mm, and its weight comes to around 184 grammes.
The cost of the 8 GB + 128 GB versions of the Y100 and Y100A has recently been decreased by the company. The current cost is INR 21,999, while the cost of the 8 GB + 256 GB model is INR 23,999. The 6.3-inch AMOLED screen on the Vivo Y100 has a resolution of 1,080 x 2,400 pixels and a refresh rate of 90 Hz.
It has a MediaTek Dimensity 900 processor, comes in three colours, including two color-changing varieties, and costs $130. A 64-megapixel main camera with 4K high-definition video recording capabilities is part of its triple rear camera system. Sales of smartphones by Vivo have increased quickly in recent years, driven by strong demand in the mid-range market.
